The ”HORECA Village” concept started from the idea of creating a school with an attractive image
for young people eager to study the art of hospitality. I aim to integrate 3 important elements:
immersive classrooms; a restaurant open to the public; a vibrant kitchen dedicated to food education and culture for children and adults in order to combat childhood obesity.
"When planning the school, I wanted it to have the quality of an inspiring place, a place where you get a certain feeling when you experiment, when you walk through space!"
The service and the fine art of cooking, in a word, the hospitality, are a catalyst for exploration, especially because it parallels architecture through a common theme: to make an extraordinary experience out of basic necessities.
