This is a Spanish Mackerel. They are caught in the Indonesia seas. It contain omega-3 fatty acids, a "good fat" that supports overall heart health. Easy to prepare due to its scaleless body and high meat yield.
I decided to add another similar shot of the fish. But covered its eyes with masking tape. In my first shot, I felt uneasy when the eyes was looking at me.
