I created a poster and some band merchandise for the band The Sounds. I chose a bright color palette because I wanted the poster to be eye catching. The red I used was bright and wasn't to loud. The turquiose color I chose was eye catching but calming. The typography used was distorted and had a grungy feel. I felt it was perfect for representing an indie rock band. The imagery I used was a picture of the band I just added some filters so the red could still show through and grab attention.
