| Terraced fields in the Northwest |
In Vietnam, the system of terraced fields is the production method of many ethnic minorities. Not as straight as in the plains, the fields in the highlands in the Northwest keep overlapping. From layer to layer, they are like stairs to the blue sky.
In the pouring season, the terraced fields shine like a mirror reflecting the blue sky and clouds. In the new rice season, the terraced fields "put on" green, beautiful and peaceful. In the ripe rice season, the terraced fields will be bright yellow on the hillsides, rich and poetic.
