Brief: Marriott approached us to discover and deliver on creating a new and elevated experience for their guests. We were to research their current customer experience, ideate potential solutions, prototype and test ideas, and deliver a final value proposition.

Solution: We developed a collectable key card holder that guests would be given at the start of their stay. Each key card holder would have a different design depending on the location of the hotel. The design would be a representation of the local speciality, such as the state flower, or the local skyline. This would ultimately create a highly valuable keepsake that could be collected by the guest and shared.
