When a baby arrives, everything changes. That's why Chicco supports mothers and fathers on the great adventure of parenting, creating and designing practical and simple products for everyday life.
Althought the italian brand was stablished in Argentina for more than a decade, they felt the need of hiring an outside creative agency for marketing support. That's when we came in. The main idea was to communicate their more than 200 products divided in five different lines and give each and every one of them a specific aesthetic, explaining their uses in the most simple way.
After a big research, many coffees and two focus group, our campaign A baby changes everything was borned. The communication strategy started in a big event with the most trendy influencers and celebrities (recently mothers and fathers), who enjoy the joyful event and known our products, after that, they viralized our commercial in their social media channels.
The campaing followed with a TV commercial and a radio jingle, among with printed advertiser in magazines, newspappers and billboards around the country. Also we developed an easy and intuitive e-commerce page, new flyers for each line of products and merchandising.
The strategy generated new followers and a lot of engagement with our customers, hundreds of new leads and web's traffic, overcoming the sales goals, positioning Chicco as one of the top brands in Argentina.
