The main distinguishing feature of this museum is its multimedia nature. This feature will make it possible to attract
a target audience of children and teenagers. Friendly interaction with the younger generation will help to open up a sustainable perspective for the future development of the museum and the whole city. The educational function of the museum will aim mainly at raising the cultural level of the city.

The museum building has 2 floors and an operable roof. The separation in terms of function allows the building to meet all public needs without disturbing the noise and visual disturbance of the visitors. The ground floor has been converted into a restaurant, music lounge and co-working area, whilst the first floor provides space for exhibitions, library and administrative offices. The operable roof is used for summer film screenings and city events.
