Design

Material

the whole shape is made out of:

- paper pulp which is mixture of any kind of paper wastage or any other source of organic fibres regarding to the place of production,
- water
- small amount of bio adhesive (flour, water, sugar, vinegar)
- natural pigment which sourse should be also in connection with environment of its origin

this mixture is 100% recyclable and compostable

the main advantages are: light weight, firm structure and also soft surface after sanding

Market

.regarding to its materila mixture the main investment is the aluminium mould

.from yhe same moudl can be produced both types of the box

.thanks to the bevelled sides the boxes perfectly match

.can be produced very quickly considering there is almost no postproduction

.small expencess on shipping and stocking because of the possibility of sloting

the boxes together and its light weight

.thus it could be sell for reasonable prize (3£) and therefore it is suitable for
household of almost any social class

The bio-plastic version

Prototype

.the paper pulp mixture was blended with sharpened kitchen-mixer beater mounted on drill from purely
trash newspaper and small amount of homemade glue from flour, sugar,water and vinegar

.8 sheets were successfully moulded, however, the there was a significant difference in thickness
on sides and in the middle oh the paper pulp sheet

.all sheets were baked in oven on 80 degrees for more than 10 hours, but the heat slightly destorted
their shape, most of them were little twisted
