Here is a poster concept for an everyday household object, the humble nail clippers! Trying to explain an odd, but necessary invention that nearly every human has used at least once in their lifetime.
Here is the finished poster, with a final size of 33''x22''. The idea of this was to inform someone who has no concept of nail clippers what exactly the device is and does. There is a step by step infographic on the left side showing how to operate the device, a before and after comparison on the bottom center, and a list of warnings on the right side of the poster. As with a lot of my personal work, I like to have fun with dialogue to help the readers feel engaged and want to read the information on the poster, rather than simply looking at the images.
