Portrait is a project about my place in the common history. I decided to take a role of an important person and to make a catalogue of stuff. This book and this mask became my portraits in two polar mediums and they have been combined to represent me as a creator that is yet to create anything but garbage. Portrait includes a book on a plaster stand, plaster mask, two videos and exposition drafts.

Book cut was manually coloured black using acrylic paints. The notes inside were also written by hand (acrylic marker).
Then I started to craft a mask of myself. It's a historical tradition - making a mask of a great person that has died. So I thought it would be a nice addition to the project.

Seems like this two videos have something in common: rhythm, tenderness and metaphor. So there are exposition drafts. These two items are standing in front of each other and describing one another. If we look at the mask we also see a video of the book.
