Challenge
The name of the brand being 'Halframe' itself was the challenge. 'Halframe' refers to a frame's half and to bring out the same in an abstract shape while combining with photography aspects indeed was challenging. The fact that the platform being a community for uploading and sharing photographs, to be connected to the brand name and yet to follow minimalism approach without complicating it all, was a core factor which had to be considered while developing the logo for “Halframe’.
Solution
The solution as you can see was a minimal, neat final logo icon containing three elements; brand letter 'H', 'Camera' symbol depicting photography and a half portion of a Frame. By presenting the elements in a very abstract manner, it gives space to the wider public browsing the website and content, to appreciate the subtleness with which the logo has been curated on a professional platform.
