The wall mural at Bhawan is a narrative, through which we capture the founders’ vision of bringing a vast variety of streetside delicacies from across India onto your plates. As part of their research into recreating these dishes, the founders travelled across India, meticulously documenting a wide array of street side food stalls, local restaurants and bars. These references from across India translated into a quintessentially Indian street, rendered in the style of an architectural elevation in exquisite detail.
