資訊圖像應用於「未來食物」之創作研究
Application of "Future Food" in Infographic Design and Research



本創作研究利用資訊圖像的表現方式,以「細胞肉、植物肉、微生物蛋白、螺旋藻、真菌蛋白、植物奶」的生產流程、「3D列印食物、轉基因食物」之技術原理、「未來三明治」的製作「未來食物」的營養價值與對生態環境之影響為創作主題,透過趣味比喻性之插圖、文字與圖像的編排,並以視覺設計要素之細項原則作為參考依據。在平面海報中加入動態設計,更完整、生動的呈現了資訊圖像的故事性。期望透過本創作研究能引發大眾的共鳴,藉此反思現有不可延續的飲食方式,喚起大眾對於未來食物議題的關注,並探索資訊圖像應用於傳達社會議題的可能性。


Moreover, in this creative research, using the manifestation mode of information graphic, the production processes of "cell meat, plant meat, microbial protein, spirulina, and fungal protein", technical principles of 3D printing food, nutritional values of "future food" and its impact on ecological environment were taken as the creation themes. With detailed principles of visual design elements as references, interesting and figurative illustrations, text and graphics were added to the graphic poster to present the story of information graphic more completely and vividly.It is hoped that this creative research will resonate with the public, so as to reflect on the existing unsustainable eating patterns, arouse the public's attention to future food issues, and explore the possibility of using information images to convey social issues.It is hoped that this research can arouse the public's resonance, reflect on the existing unsustainable diet, Arouse public attention to future food problems, and explore the possibility of using information images to convey social issues.
