This is another technique for creating textured cloth by braiding. This technique gives a much stronger cloth and is most commonly used as camel belts. The pictures below show 3 different kinds of braids.
This technique was learnt after taking a workshop under Mr. Errol Pires from National Institute of Design, India.
I tried to use the learnt technique with metal wires and created this piece of jewelry.
