This is a revisted project from my beginnings in architecture, I designed it in sketchup at the time but did the detailing and rendering in blender. 

The terraced houses are see-through houses which fills the bottom open floor with sunlight. 

The bottom floor is almost completely open. The top floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Since these houses were designed as starter homes not much more is needed.
