The entire outfit is made from recycled yarns and the byproducts of the knitwear studio.

Inspired by my favourite childhood story— The Quiltmaker’s Gift written by Jeff Brumbeau, the shorts are patched and sewn together with scraps in various types of knitted textiles.

After finishing the shorts, the garment is scanned and translated into Shima Seiki knitwear language and partially replicated to the scarf. By utilizing the features of wool and elastic fibres, the designs of the scarf that is blended with different yarns has an embossed texture.

Following similar patterns, the pullover is designed with interlocked swatches and knitted with bamboo/linen blended yarns to create its finish.
