Biophilic Floral Artwork
For the design of this artwork, I was inspired by flowers and the interesting shapes their stems make. Fauna and Flora has always been a big inspiration for my illustrations and designs. I personally feel that nature inspires better design. If you are interested in learning more about bringing nature into design, check out the theory of Biophilia, it is a fascinating theory about the importance of incorporating nature into architecture. I feel it however also can be applied to Graphic Design and illustration.
I created this design in Illustrator and added a watercolor texture for extra dimension.
