Exterior of envelope utilized 2 hits of black with Matte Aqueous coating over the body, and a gloss UV on the flap. Lettering was foil stamped.

Interior of envelope was flood printed in Pantone 201 with a strikethrough Matte and Gloss Aqueous logo pattern that matched the insert.

Welcome letter with USB webkey. The webkey launches a custom webpage with an embedded kinetic type presentation. The voice over is Akron Hardware's president, welcoming and thanking the recipient for choosing to be a customer. The webkey was printed with black, Pantone 201 and 877 Metallic Silver.
