Raffles Hall's Night Cycling Event '21
An annual milestone in Raffles Hall, the Night Cycling event serves as an important pillar in what is known as the NUS hall experience, with experienced cyclists and non-cyclists alike gathering to travel the country by bike. With the significance of the event in mind, I endeavored to design a shirt for the event that would reflect both the brilliance of the kindling of new friendships as well as the making of a core memory in hall.
I initially intended for the design to hold a vintage vibe to it, with paper creasing as texture and blended words reflective of the current graphic design trends, but the limit in colours and space constraints along with feedback from the committee resulted in the final result. The drafts held multiple colour forms for the committee to choose from.
