Inspired by one of my favorite headpieces, "Suntiang". Suntiang is a headpiece worn by the tribe in Minangkabau. It has a distinct shape of a radiant fan made out of golden material such as copper or brass. This head piece could weight up to 3.5 kg and often times, women has to wear this head piece all day long. The weight of this headpiece symbols the readiness and a women's responsibility that she has to carry as a future mother and as a wife.
