I must say, this little craft project did not turn out to be so little. I have never done anything this intricate and detailed before. Much of the work I did was trial and error for several weeks through Summer and partially into Fall. Although, I had a splendid time, especially, on littlest details. Each band member and his instrument are made entirely from wires, paper, and tongue compressors. I was even able to warp the tongue compressors into circular shapes for the drumset by first soaking them in hot water (and people try to tell me it can't be done..). I thought the band name "Wired Wrats" would suited these little guys quite well. I would have loved to make a stop motion video from them, but they ended up being just to fragile.
