The first stage of etching is to cut zinc boards with a special metal knife. Diligent precise work, because the iron shavings are very sharp.

The second stage is applying a special varnish with a special roller on zinc boards.

It is also necessary to smoke all these boards after varnish.

The third stage is the most interesting. You need to transfer the drawing with tracing paper, pencil and sanguine. And the most important stage is to create a drawing on the varnished board with an etching needle.

Drawn varnished boards should be etched with acid. And here comes the most exciting part - printing on etching press!

Once the paper and ink are dry, you can sign the prints. C3 in the signature means etching.
