Beirut International Arabic Book fair

Final Year Project: Rebranding
معرض بيروت العربي الدولي للكتاب
The Beirut International Arabic Book fair was the first ever Arab book fair. It started at the AUB West Hall, then moved to Biel for a bigger space. With time, the book fair lost its hype, excitement and younger audience. My aim was to rejuvenate and uplift the current book fair, and turn it into a festival, that every Lebanese looks forward to. The logo is the star of my project, highlighting the idea of the stacking of books, people, events... I transformed letters into shapes that created the entire identity by using various media: 3D printing, stamping, and creative coding... In addition to bringing the book fair into a digital age, by building a website, an app and creating an active social media account.
