«Das suyu»

The «Das suyu» installation is an open ecosystem consisting of 2 parts. The upper part demonstrates the ancient tradition of filtering water by natural methods using porous stone in Azerbaijan. This stone is called "su dasi", which translates as "water stone". These stones are an ancient tradition of water purification, which has survived to this day.
In the process of filtration, water passes from the upper tier of the plant to the lower, i.e.a process of plant life. The shoot of the plant filters the mass, which passes through the filter, passes into the lower part - the root. The root is a human.
