The structure of the development area of 815 hectares (8 150 000 sqm) by the shape of snowflakes - symbolic emblem suburban ski resort "Igora".
The main idea of the design of the village was the desire to preserve the unique natural component. The task is not to create an environment for life from scratch, but sensitively integrate the house in nature. This gave birth to a unique concept: the separation of traffic and pedestrian flows in space and the possibility of existence of houses surrounded by forest on all sides. The site is bordered to the road, but separated from it by a strip of wood. The other side of the site overlooks the walkway, paved between sites in the forest. So view out of the house opens to a maximum of 2 neighbors to the right and left.
Road, separated strip wood intended for transit and transportation entrance, and all pedestrian areas are concentrated within the quarter. All hiking areas are focused on centers of residential areas, which are areas of attraction. Centers quarters formed a landscape methods - artificial lakes or public buildings - cafes or restaurants.
To create a comfortable living environment should take into account the fact of the resort Igora and new sports facilities in close proximity to the village center and reducing traffic congestion Priozersky highway passing through the center of the village. Design of new sports facilities for year-round recreation such as shooting club, horse riding and tennis clubs, as well as unique natural component of the territory of cottage settlements will create an attractive environment for the rest of people living in the village and coming out of the city.
