Beginning Character Animator Clip - Big Red Edition

For my intro Character Animator project I used a pre-made character that Adobe already had created. Within this video I changed the background to a beautiful picture I took on my Phone in California. I also used key-induced movements to go along with the audio in the video. This video only includes eye and head movements, there are no body movements involved.

This clip is a more complicated attempt. In this video I used full body motions, as well as, key-induced actions. This attempt was much more challenging and definitely more embarrassing because it is no where near what I would like it to be.

For this video I created my own character by using an outline provided by Adobe and then adding my own touches through Adobe Photoshop. I got my inspiration from one of my favorite movie characters, Gamora, off of Guardians of the Galaxy. In this video I tell a story of a goat so that it would be easily understood for all ages of people.

To improve this video I would love to explore Adobe's Character Animator more in depth. I definitely need to have better lighting so that the character stays linked with my body in the camera as I move. As you can see while watching the movements lag and the body stretches where it shouldn't. I think the lighting would help with that. I would also like to explore how to make the movements more realistic which I know is possible from watching expert's videos.
