The Butterfly Effect
(an experimental Exercise in Sound visualization)
I randomly produce sounds by making some behavior. A total of 22 sounds were collected, and each series of sounds was randomly formed by an initiation initiated by me, such as pushing the crystal ball, which would randomly bump into other props PLACED by me, and generate unpredictable sounds, forming a small butterfly effect. Like running around in the grass and having all kinds of unpredictable events and collecting the sounds they produce.
I cut the sounds into individual pieces. I developed four audio tracks, hoping that they would form a harmonious harmony, and I used a random extractor to arrange the order in which each sound appeared (similar to the rule of drawing four tarot cards) to form a complete song. Finally included in this CD album, and designed the lyrics and visual for it.
