Actors Theatre

The play posters were created during my internship at Elyse Myers Design Studio for Actors Theatre in Carmel Indiana for their upcoming performances of The Mountaintop and Violet.

The Mountaintop is a play by Katori Hall. It’s a fictional depiction of Martin Luther King Jr.’s last night on earth set entirely in Room 306 of the Lorraine Motel on the eve of his assassination in 1968.

Violet is a musical with music written by Jeanine Tesori and libretto by Brian Crawley. The show is about a young disfigured woman who embarks on a journey by bus from her farm in North Carolina, all the way to Tulsa Oklahoma in order to be healed.
