Silla Changer

This is a design developed in the university, in where the main goal was to design a new product for Manufacturas Muñoz, a brand furniture with an exponential growth into the market. The new chair is a way to catch up new customers based on a new market segmentation in where we discover many people need to bring with them useful furniture linked to their ephemeral activities. So, we decided to implement the RTA (Ready to assemble) technique.
This steel profile (the most important piece) is manufactured into a blending machine
Furthermore, the packaging must be addopted to the "ephemeral" concept, so, we decided to give the plus of giving the user the opportunity of saving all the parts after disarming the chair - desk.
Finally, the marketing strategy is to make the launching with the Blue Man Group, because of they are able to generate viral content and shares on social networks and also because they performance is linked to the ephemeral design concept.
