SEVENTYONE15 McDowell is an upcoming apartment community in Scottsdale, Arizona that engaged GTMA to design collateral materials, including a sticker label, outreach and pricing flyers, rack card, a-frame, banner, business card, booklet brochure, email newsletter, and Craigslist ads. GTMA also wrote copy for all materials. GTMA also designed and developed the SEVENTYONE15 McDowell website. While the brand identity was provided to us, we adapted the identity to include a marble texture, and were inspired by mid-century modern design.
