質因子實驗室是一款課程的教具設計，以實驗方式作為溝通的開端，將特質具象化為不同的色彩，能夠直觀的透過顏色觀察自己與他人的差異；從認識不同性別特質開始，藉此發現每個人皆有不同的樣貌，進而尊重個體之間的差異。

Trait laboratory uses hands-on experiments as the beginning of communication, and visualizes traits into different colors. User can intuitively observe the differences between themselves and others through color in the activity, so as to find out that everyone is a unique individual, and thus respect people of different gender temperaments.
