This project is in a fantastically chic mid-century high rise. There are challenges to working within an older modern building (the ceilings are not very high, and there is no way to reconfigure the plumbing). Still, the payoff is clear- handsome proportions, wrap-around windows, and, importantly, a sprawling view of the city and bay.
