收到项目要求的时候，第一时间设计一个版本的彩箱的设计方案，（350+K9加强）展开后需要全开印刷机，因为全黑场景，还需要加过耐磨的哑膜，后面报价回来之后包装成本超了公司需求太多，公司要求重新提交进行成本优化，以达到项目预算。

重新的设计的第二方案基本上规避了第一个方案成本高昂的因素，去掉了四色，去掉了专色，对结构进行了优化，原先需要粘合封口的现在改成折叠成型，另外把材质更改成了耐磨的牛皮纸而舍弃过胶等表面处理。在原先的设想里，我们从制版厂直接买现成的纸板，使用丝印机进行印刷，这样会得到凹凸的质感效果，最终却因为面积过大，丝网的压力难控制到平整造成不良比较高。最终妥协还是拆开牛卡+瓦楞分开加工的方式，牛卡使用全开胶印印刷机，材质也由开始设计的美牛降低为国产的玖龙牛卡，幸好最终的效果还是可以接受，达到预期。设计的每一次的妥协都是为了能契合公司对产品的需要。
