The assignment below is a document of an outline for a long form story. This was the first time I have ever conducted a series of interviews for one story. The best part was hearing the different perspectives as my interviewees. 

 I was having such a tough time with journalistic  writing, It took a while for me a value how much an outline can help a writer develop a story. This outline helped me develop a strong story that contained a load of information and perspectives.

This piece is a feature story I wrote in my Journalistic Writing & Editing course. Journalistic writing was very new to me at the time. The hardest part about this assignment was adapting to the journalistic style of writing. All while making sure the story was easy understand as a reader.
