Project Title: History of The Emirates Notebook and Bookmark

Objective: Showcase the ancient history of the United Arab Emirates through an informative and entertaining three-part documentary series, culminating in the formation of the UAE in 1971. As part of the marketing campaign, highlight the notebook and bookmark set created as a statement gift, later mass-produced and sold in the public market in Abu Dhabi, serving as a locally crafted souvenir.

Target Audience: Individuals interested in learning about the history of the UAE, including school students and residents of and visitors to the UAE. The project aimed to cater to a broad audience both within and outside the UAE.

Approach: Developed a concept focused on mixed materials, utilizing earthy natural paper and traditional hand-stitched
pieces (Sadu) crafted by local talents to create the notebook and bookmark set. The design aimed to reflect the rich history and cultural heritage of the UAE while offering a tangible and visually appealing souvenir for interested individuals.

Results: Received overwhelmingly positive feedback for the notebook and bookmark set, with high demand prompting the decision to mass-produce and sell the product in the market. The project successfully captured the essence of the UAE's history
and cultural identity, resonating with both local and international audiences and serving as a meaningful keepsake for those interested in the region's heritage.
