Taking inspiration from bike chains, Raspberry is a playful, interactive, and adjustable sitting object that can be played with like a big scale fidgeting item.

At first glance, Raspberry can appear to be a saddle chair but when looked at closely, there is a locking mechanism that allows for different modes of sitting.

I designed a joint system specific for Raspberry that allows every bolster to be locked or released individually with little effort. I tested this mechanism by making a section of it on a 1:1 scale.
