Helping Hands logo

A straight forward, and to the point logo I was asked to make for some friends who created this odd jobs company during the summer of 2021, unable to find jobs themselves, they decided to start their own handy-man like service to help people in and around Long Island.

I wanted to keep the logo simple and inviting, the roof shape over the H, e, and l immediately catches they eye when reading the logo so the customer knows from the moment they read the name its a home service. The canted s at the end with 5 lines resembles a hand, bringing the overall idea of the name to be a service for helping around the house.

I am proud of this design as I was able to communicate the mission of the small business without needing to write it out in words, just using very basic lines to create symbolism that drove home the point.
