Poster Project
I decided to brainstorm some of the things that I see most within the place in order to create a poster that captured the essence of Rocky Mountain National Park.
I created these thumbnails with the items that I had brainstormed. I wanted to make it a point to always include the mountains or the trees because they are a statement piece in the park. You cannot go anywhere without seeing them.
These are rough drafts that I created based off of the thumbnails. I wanted to create a poster that I would see and go "Hey I want to go there," so I personalized them and drew out things I enjoy, such as the camera, a tent, and rock climbing.
This was the final poster that I created. I used paints and a poster board to create the final piece. I feel that maybe overlaying paper may have turned out better than paint, but over all I really enjoyed the way this turned out.
