One of the world's largest real estate contenders required a brand identity review, new property marketing design system and a new bank of globally commissioned cityscape photography and illustrations. Also, a variety of guidelines include global advertising systems, signage and wayfinding systems, digital branding and even advertising. Animations promote retail sectors and a new brand messaging platform – the square, fed through from the identity review. More recently a brand book has been designed to inspire the regional marketing departments for a more unified and consistent global brand.
