Autograph Event: Typographic Posters
For this project, I was challenged to create a series of three typographic posters advertising an autograph event for the Buffalo Bills. As can be seen in the image of the original posters above, each of these posters relies on type as the focal point, as opposed to highlighting images. The posters share the names of players who will be signing autographs, such as Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs, and feature information about the location, time, and pricing of the event. The autograph event is being sponsored by a fictitious company named "Autograph Central," whose name and logo I also created. These typographic posters are 18 x 24 inches each, and I used Adobe Illustrator to create them. The mockup featured at the very top of the page was created using Adobe Photoshop.
Inverse Typographic Posters
One goal of this assignment was to use only two colors in the design of the posters: an off-white and a red inspired by the Buffalo Bills' team colors. In doing so, we could create a series of six posters in total: three original poster designs and three of the same designs with opposite colorings. These posters were also created using Adobe Illustrator and have the same dimensions as the original posters.
