Time is paradoxical. There is darkness and there is light. Time is ephemeral,
yet it is lasting, continual, and dependable. Time is circular with neither beginning
nor end.

This calendar is a three dimensional piece that reflects the days of the year as
well as thenumber of minutes of light in each day. As the daylight minutes increase, the
circles get larger and as they decrease, the circles become smaller. The circles are
connected by a center wire that allows the viewer to move forward and backward in time.
The piece is meant to be hung horizontally across a room, door frame or  window.

The typeface used is Numbers, Indicia.
The dimensions are 8 x 8 inches when stacked flat. Each circle is a different size
(based on combinations of multiple Fibonacci sequences). The smallest circle = 1 inch
and the largest = 8 inches.
The piece was printed on Canson Infinity series Arches Aquarelle Rag in pure white
textured paper (310 gsm).
The circles were individually cut with an Olfa circle cutter, pierced with an awl and then
connected with Soft Touch premium wire.
