Intermediate stage of designing the master plan of the territory. Our task is to create the correct zoning and placement of residential buildings, as well as all the necessary buildings and structures for the functioning of a modern village. The territory will include several cottage villages, school buildings and kindergartens, a number of public buildings, shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as a complete range of infrastructure necessary for their full functioning. Our team is also engaged in the design of the buildings themselves, as well as the design of roads and junctions throughout the territory. Working on the project is challenging and exciting. There is a pronounced landscape with differences up to 18 meters in height. Since most of the territory is in the forest, we make every effort to preserve as many green spaces as possible.
