“The Purple Testament”

This show is adapted from the Twilight Zone episode of the same name, the title itself is a reference to the biblical purple testament that details the names of the damned. The episode reflects a similar theme with a sergeant being able to tell which soldiers will die. The director wanted to include the religious background while capturing the military feel of the show, I ended with a middle ground of a church with an army file detailing a “mission report”. The art style is grainy and a tad dark to fit with the theme, the stained glass art is obviously purple to go with the name and the dove was included for more symbolism. The army mission report has the info, title, and creators, all of it was crafted to be easy to read and a little torn up.
