Maruti was a project developed by me in a Workshop Class in the University of Tsukuba. The goal was to develop a product that was related to some keywords basically connected to COVID-19 situation. 

I decided to develop a chair that is multifunctional considering some important points:

・Japan usually has small apartments, so having a furniture than can be changed in a lot of ways could be space efficient;

・The pandemics made people stay home for longer times, for safety or for teleworking, but this is not good in terms of mental health. According to some articles, moving your body and changing your space may be positive, so the multifunctional changeable chair would be positive in this way as well.
