Working with a client from the ground up is a great adventure. You get to start with a blank slate, and when the client has a strong vision, the process is especially rewarding.

Blanket ID pet tags are quite small, so the challenge was presenting them in durable, appealing, packaging that would fit in well at any pet retailer, from the big-box to the boutique. We went with transparent pillow boxes. Standardized packaging is a great place to start: you know it will work and no custom die cuts are needed.

 

We reinforced the collar and tag motifs throughout the packaging, stationery and display graphics. We also brought in fur texture and hero shots to convey the dog-and-cat-ness of it all.
