Water springs and the culture of the Balts.

The power of the mind, thoughts and intentions to the
physical reality. Water springs and the culture of the
Balts.
My work is about the power of the mind, and how it affects physical reality. I am talking about water, and
how it reflects our thoughts. The inspiration of my work was the works of the scientist Masaru Emoto and old
Lithuanian traditions connected with water, charms, saint water, healing water.
I have collected water from seven springs from different parts of Lithuania, which were considered as
magical, saint from very ancient times. Every spring has its stories, its miracles, its energy...
Why water? Water because it something special in the earth, it has a very special meaning not only in
the physical world like the source of life but also because human body is made from 60-70 % percents
of the water, and our planet is covered 80 % of the water. Water has very special meaning in the
culture of Balts that was culture of intuition, moon, water, and sub consciousness, maternity...
10 years of deep studies how our thoughts and intentions have influence water.
I was choosing water springs, which were considered having healing power, who were known from
the pagan times, where the tradition is deeply rooted in the lifes of the people living around them, in
pagan times, and in Christianity, when in the same places Saint Maria appeared (usually on the stone),
and people are going there now and were going then, it is a lot about tradition, and peoples attitude
towards these waters, it is still very saint.
About ritual:
I want people to try these waters, it is important part for me, to let the water directly talk to each, with
all its energy, that it has inside, to let be inside the work, and the work inside the viewer it is like letting
water to heal people, to let people feel directly, and to have direct experience. But in some level it
could be like ritual that is just the action that changes and creates everything, in some deeper, magical
level.
I think is very much about that Western culture is too much materialist, too much logical, too
much Masculine energy, and it is very much about that there is something else beyond physical
reality, that beyond it is very big reality, much larger then materialistic one, much more subtle,
and this materialistic world is the consequence of the thoughts, ideas, energies, Spirit, that we do
not see, but feel, that is all around us, in us, and all the time is creating the reality that surrounds
us, it is about Feminine Module of the world, life, that is forgotten, that was the model of the Balts,
of the other ancient cultures, intuitive, the to " just be"...
It is meeting with water and having ones own experience with it.
