My journey into drawing this complex Zodiac maze started from taking inspiration from the form of a 'Pen' and an 'okra' and studying their versions of composition of abstract parts together to form something completely different and new.

DERIVED INSPIRATION FOR THE WHEEL
Taken inspiration from the PEN and the OKRA to come to something familiar looking to a Chinese Zodiac wheel, I tried to create a maze-like pattern to depict the mystery and rush in a troubled mind. There is a sense of dynamism, motion and unsettlement in the pattern, when viewed closely.
