Memory Space
The space reconstructs the childhood memory of being locked up in a dark and confined space.

Some of the key characteristics are: dark, confined, isolated, cold, pressured, scared, uncertain. Based on these findings, the concept model is a narrow space to create the confined feeling.

Using the contrast principle, the majority of the space is colored black to bring up the darkness and uncertainty while the floor is colored white to highlight the person, thus, emphasizes on the isolation. In addition, volume is used to create tension in the room with the thickened ceiling and repetitive pointy spikes, creates an endangered feeling. There are only one light source to draw attention to the light-derived space and highlight the isolated feeling.
