How to Share an Orange.
Choose an orange. Find the one with pebbly-skin. The ones with the stem and leaves still attached are the sweetest.
bag 1; Robison Anton thread, found shoelaces, wooden beads
Peel carefully;
Start from the most indented place where your fingernail can sink into the peel. Notice that your thumb will be orange and peel. Unravel the orange in a spiral. Try your best to leave it all in one piece.
Split into halves;
The slices peel apart from each other perfectly, like they were made for this. Two half circles, notice them like glowing lights in your palms.
bag 2; Robison Anton thread and found shoelaces.
Offer without asking;
The other half in your hand, raise it up to them. Or leave it resting in its peel, and push it towards them.
bag 3; wool and cotton yarns, found shoelaces
Savor the sweetness;
Eat the orange half by slice or in one bite. The first slice begins with a bitter taste. Notice how this one becomes sweeter than the last and reach for another.

The way I remember is held in how I think of you when I peel and split this orange in the summer, how I think of you when I unwrap and wrap this bag.
