Project Arduino: I developed a product (alarm clock) years ago. I did the electrical components inside up to the exterior casing and programmed it using a microcontroller (Arduino) to function. The alarm/buzzer will stop by just tapping the screen.
I spent months programming the Arduino I used in this project, debugging codes, figuring out how to solder and reduce 30% of the wirings, etc. to make the whole thing fit into the casing and make this project work according to how I wanted it to function.
